Due to the increasing coronavirus cases in the city of Shanghai, which has a population of 26 million, millions of people have been confined to their homes. As the city continues to suffer from shortages of food and medicine, citizens feel helpless as they cannot leave their homes.

Due to the gradual closure announced on March 28 in Shanghai, China's largest city, the city still has problems with food and medicine supplies.

According to the news in The Guardian, 82-year-old Yu Weming, who lives in Shanghai, is waiting for his medicines to arrive.

Yu Wenming called the authorities when the coronavirus test was positive and the drugs he used due to the strict quarantine in the city ran out. He told the official, "I am out of medicine. I also have nothing to eat, I feel very bad." said. The authorized person, on the other hand, said that he had reported the issue to the higher units and there was nothing he could do.
